The Central Library has a town centre location, a short walk from the Travel Interchange. Pay and display car parks and on street parking are available nearby.

•Lift to all floors
•Ramp into lecture theatre
•Hearing loop in lecture theatre
Barnsley Central Library is a public access building, Barnsley Council and the Primary Care Trust have worked in partnership with Disabled Go to develop an access guide for disabled people, their friends, family, carers and colleagues in relation to such buildings.
